CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the remaining balance of the appointment AFTER the deposit. Any cancellations made in less than 5 hours before the appointment start time will be charged 100% of the service booked as I will most likely no longer be able to fill that spot on such short notice. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of the appointment AFTER the deposit. Recurrent no shows may result in a ban from booking. After booking, please click on the link in the confirmation text to complete appointment forms. You will only need to fill out forms once and then they will be kept on file for 1 year :)
